Our bakery starts before dawn, and the bakes reach all three branches before we open at 6. So the shelf is full from the first hour.

Breakfast itself, eggs, pancakes, kibdah and falafel, is made in the branch, in front of you.

SourdoughSlow fermented, Classic or Brown. We bake a limited amount, and when it is gone, it is gone.
